These commercial terms supplement the terms of service and apply to PropCheckr subscriptions and credit packs. Prices in euros excl. VAT unless stated otherwise.
1. Offers and pricing
Current offers (Freemium, Pro, Business, Premium, top-up packs and annual option) are published at /pricing. No setup fees — you only pay for the plan or pack you choose.
The annual payment option is a single charge for 12 months with a plan discount. The monthly equivalent shown is for information only.
2. Credits
Subscription credits renew according to your plan (monthly or annual). One-off top-up credits are valid for 12 months from grant unless the interface states otherwise.
Unused subscription credits may roll over to the next period when enabled on the plan. Consumption per document type is set in the admin console.
3. Payment and invoicing
Payments processed via Stripe (card). By subscribing you authorise recurring charges (monthly or annual) until cancellation. Invoices issued according to the organisation’s tax details.
Plan upgrades/downgrades: credit and renewal rules are explained in Organisation → Credits at the time of change.
4. Right of withdrawal
Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, the period and procedure will be shown at checkout and by email. Digital services already performed during the cooling-off period may limit that right under Portuguese law (DL 24/2014).
5. Complaints and dispute resolution
For commercial complaints, contact team@propcheckr.com first. You may also use a competent Portuguese consumer alternative dispute resolution (RAL) entity.
Complaints book (Portugal)
Under Decree-Law no. 156/2005 and Portaria no. 274/2017, you may file a complaint through the electronic Complaints Book.

6. Changes
We may update pricing and terms with reasonable notice. Price changes on active subscriptions will be communicated before renewal.
